Ples
The foundational ples of Intent Suite. Chosen starting points that shape the research and constrain all content.
These are the foundational ples that constrain all content on Intent Suite. They are not proven — they are chosen starting points that shape the exploration.
Human Intent First
The system always orients around articulated or inferred human intent, not around model capabilities, prompts, or data exhaust.
Rules out: Any automation or suggestion must be traceable back to some human purpose, question, or value, and the human remains able to redirect or withdraw that intent at any time.
Context as Infrastructure
Context (sources, relations, histories, constraints) is treated as infrastructure, not as a disposable prompt string.
Symbiotic Intelligence over Automation
The default goal is to expand human understanding and capability, not to replace human judgment or presence.
Rules out: AI systems take on mechanical, combinatorial, or exploratory tasks so humans can focus on framing, sense‑making, and steering.
Pluralism of Perspectives and Epistemologies
The system deliberately invites multiple frames (scientific, systemic, embodied, Eastern/Western, etc.) rather than collapsing everything into one “objective” view.
Rules out: Generative outputs should be able to contrast perspectives and surface tensions, not just converge on a single, flattened answer.
Always scalable
Efforts in is results out. Always balancing and contemplating the best match between human involvement and letting go. And work iterative in depth or fast and shallow. I see a matrix where in each step multiple considerations are made to guide and steer the journey, the team, the learnings, the deliverables and JTBD and results.
Relation to Site Perspective
All content in the Intent Suite Framework must connect to these ples via a “Relation to Site Perspective” section. The /check-tenets skill verifies this alignment automatically.
